NFL Draft Board Breakdown

The NFL Draft Board.

Josh Norris sends Tyrus Bowser on his latest 2017 NFL mock draft to the New Orleans Saints with pick number 32.

The Sporting News considers Tyus Bowser a first round talent.

New Orleans Saints Needs

Although Josh Norris sees the New Orleans Saints drafting an edge rusher with pick number 32 in the 2017 NFL draft, edge rusher doesn’t appear to be a major free agency or draft need for the New Orleans Saints.

The Saints need a cornerback, offensive tackle, and running back according to UPI. However, Canal Street Chronicles puts defensive end at the top of the New Orleans Saints needs. NFL.com thinks that Tyus Bowser is a little small, and moving down to defensive end would require and adjustment period.

Tyus Bowser Draft

An NFL team will most likely draft Tyus Bowser in the third round at a steep discount. The unfortunate turn of events for Bowser, losing almost half his 2016 season for an altercation where he didn’t throw a punch, will benefit his future NFL team.

Bowser should provide plenty of production over his rookie contract, and some people may even call him a surprise. But, for those that watched him will know that it is no surprise.
